  The staff at Eureka Kennels were outstanding and really showed genuine care for our animals. They went out of their way to look after out dog when he became ill, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Happy to recommend.

  I left my dog with Eureka for two weeks fully expecting her to come back with some trauma but not the case! It was as if she had never left home, she was happy, confident and full of beans and got right back in to the household routine straight away and so did my cat.

  I am so upset and angry. My puppy suffered there. She was severely dehydrated and I think she'd been abused. Not happy! I didn't realise it wasn't run for 11 years by the same owners and thought a long running kennel must have lots of positives! I should have researched it better, lesson learned. We will never use them again.

  An old, medium-sized (Kelpie/Shepherd) arthritic dog being bedded on a concrete floor in accommodation for a "toy" dog, too small for my much larger dog, was inappropriate.

  On arrival, the owner of the kennels showed poor customer relations skills. He kept me standing in his office for several minutes before greeting me. Whatever he was doing on his computer was far more important than my, and my dog's, arrival!

  I am so happy with Eureka's service. I have a little rescue dog who is incredibly timid and I was concerned about leaving her with anyone. Friends had recommended Eureka to me. I went to visit before I committed and Rob was friendly and helpful, fully understanding my concerns and gave me a tour of the place. It was immaculate and the animals that were there were happy and content.

  It felt unsettling of the owner to speak in derogatory terms about the previous owners. I had found them exemplary carers of my dog. I'd never had any concerns or complaints previously.
